Selection of a Forklift for a Cargo Company with Fuzzy BWM and Fuzzy MCRAT Methods

Material handling is a cost-intensive operation for businesses. There are several alternative types of equipment material handling, therefore it important to select the best one among them decrease cost. As there different alternatives and criteria which used assess these alternatives, multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques useful determine optimal (MHE) In this study, fuzzy BWM determining weights Multiple Criteria Ranking by Alternative Trace (MCRAT) method have been ranking forklift alternatives. This study’s significance in literature will be creation novel MCDM technique with application MCRAT. Furthermore, relatively few studies employing MCRAT approach literature; therefore, study provide additional data outcomes from literature. The findings present that code FLT-3 performed best, whereas FLT-2 had worst performance, according technique. According comparison analysis, produced same results as ARAS subtle differences MARCOS.
